AirAsia - Now nobody can fly

Had a fun start to my trip to Sweden this week. I arrived on time at Phuket airport and saw a sign hanging at the check-in desk saying my flight was cancelled due to maintenance....great. I had my next flight from Bangkok just 2 hours after this one was supposed to land, so what the hell was i supposed to do now? A really really fast taxi? AirAsia is a "low" cost airline that takes no responsibility if a passenger missed his next flight because of some problems with the AirAsia flight. But, in a stroke of luck, my next flight was so near this one that there was in fact something they could do. Nice. They booked me on the nearest Nok Air flight so i could get to Bangkok in time...only problem with that is that Nok Air fly to the old airport "Don Muang" and its pretty far from the new one "Suvarnabhumi" where my next flight was at. Any transfer for me? Nope. Had to take a taxi and ask him to drive faaaaaaaast! For some reason the traffic was not too bad and we got there 5 min before my check in closed. No time for relaxing or eating or getting my vat return for the laptop i bought last month or anything else, just start walking to the gate. The rest of the trip was ok, Qatar Airlines is one of the better ones i have used and flight didn't feel too long. So, thanks for almost ruining my trip AirAsia, i will only use you guys for completely non-important flights from now on, can't risk it again.

i made my last entry on 17 of November 2006...so i figured it was time to write something, lol

i have been through alot since i last logged in here and to make a long story short:

tommy was working in bangkok, tommy was a bit fed up, someone offered him a job in phuket, tommy said no, they said it included free accomodation and food, tommy said no cause he hates tourist places, they said they would pay good salary, tommy said no, they said they would give him a work permit.........tommy said ok, let's give it a go, hehe

have a look, it's not a bad place to work, but now things might be changing, not sure what i am going to do actually. i will go to sweden soon, thats for sure, but then what?

i will have to sit down with my boss this week and sort it out, hate to not know where my next paycheck is going to come from
